I think the living room makeover is a WOW! - Total transformation - Very classy!
I like the lighting fixture and table in the dinette, but would not have chosen those chairs or drapes. It works, it is just too dark for my taste.

I think the girl's room was my favorite transformation. The only change I would have made would be to have a super cozy reading chair instead of the upholstered boxes/ottomans under the window. That was a missed opportunity for an avid reader.

Instead of the ottomans under the window, a bench with storage for toys would be better! As a mom to 3, Im constantly trying to find places to hide toys!
The bench could have a cushion so its comfy for reading

I loved the 2nd space's design except I would keep the brick! The furniture layout is really nice and I loved the rug! It seems like the brick would work with the color pallette and it is charming!

That black fireplace all the way up to the ceiling is just fantastic! The entire wall being black is both dramatic AND cozy, spectacular!
