Please do not use the plastic bottle -hack- or you will end up with some burns as the plastic melts onto your skin from the heat and steam off the pan. Stay safe guys.

My sister bakes bacon. She puts it on a rack in a cookie sheet. The bacon comes out flat and you don't have to use paper towels to soak the grease off from it.
