Out of curiosity have you heard about the toothbrush technique? I feel like it would've made the snow more natural
-the toothbrush technique- ( for those who dont know )
Dip an old toothbrush in your paint of choice, white for example, you dont need much on the brush, use your finger to flick the bristles of the brush. It'll fling different sizes and patterns of paint onto your canvas, giving it a natural star or snow look
