No to be party pooper but prokos comments seem to be missing the point and youture comments are even worse.
Kim jung gi directly says that his ability on drawing in 3D comes from having a better visual memory from early childhood and that key to his style of work is in habit of memorising, observing and undestanding world around him. Drawing a lot is a given, its what every artist does yet commenters act like him drawing during an interview is direct proof that the only important step to get better at drawing is drawing every second.
You won't learn shit if you just stare at you sketchbook all day.

He has kids and he does this for a living. It makes me sad to think that as a woman I could realistically never achieve both. A mother leaving her family for 6 months is practically unheard of and would be seriously looked down upon as selfish where I-m from. But when a man does it it-s cool and he-s a provider.
This guys a great artist. I just wish I could live my dreams too.

There is a difference between a talent and a gift. Everyone has talents that can also be refined. But I think this artist also has a special talent, because you can practice how you want, that is something very special that you will not achieve without this talent (poison) (it is innate. :-)

I think it's a deadly loop in wich every drawing master falls:
- Becomes a master in both design and technique of drawing.
- Starts getting bored and doesn't know what to draw.
- Starts drawing naked chicks.
