if you are a young digital artist please please please get a TAB S6 or S7 (any version of either) and make sure it comes with its SPen. Then download clover paint and purchase the EfT inside the settings.
CloverPaint is ugly and is badly translated but even a labotmised ape can quickly learn it especially if it has used lesser software like photoshop or painter.
but damn is it powerful and customisable. i cannot use anything else. i refuse to waste my time dealing with all their failures and limitations. i have cintiqs and xp pens and macs and crappads and windows machines coming out of every oraface and they are all (except my gaming laptop: P) up for sale.
crappads and procreate are for stup! d normies with more money than brains.

i legit forgot how hideous LEDs are. havent touched my crappad air 4 since i bought the piece of sh! t. damn they're hideous.
imagine living in an OLED world and still slumming it with LEDs and paying a premium for the torture. BLEH!

Unless he is totally happy with his foam core board arrangement, he might look into a Sketchboard Pro. Sick expensive (I got mine for half price during their Kickstarter) but serviceable for what it-s meant for.

His brushpack isn't cheap but damn is it good. What a joy working with it. The original Procreate charcoal brushes barely feel like charcoal compared to Lane's.
