If you want to buy genuine vermillion, Michael Harding oil paint makes it, but it is very toxic. They make Lead White and stuff like Naples Yellow with lead white. However, lead isn't absorbed as easily through the skin as mercury, but either way it's important to protect your hands

what for we need oil painting now? you just spend money for materials and no one pay you for art if you middle artist (not teacher) without PR. Photoshop + furry pron = better life (I like oils and want to paint, but i think it will only leads to death from hunger )

You explain things so clearly! I'm going to eliminate thinner from my practice since you and I few other artists I follow don't use it, but i'm just wondering what you clean dried paint on your palette with?

You do soooo much putzing around. So indecisive and do the same areas over and over and other parts are left hanging. It drives me bonkers. But you do seem like a nice person.

In my opinion it was finished at about 1 hour and 13 minutes in with some accents added. The end result is excessively blended to my taste.
