My lovely partner Maria used to work at CMS in a senior position and they had a saying It's not a problem if you can throw money at it. And my daughter, when she was quite young, told me Just write a check dad. At that age she didn't understand the concept that you needed money in the bank to cover the check. That fish deserved to get away. He/she has lived a long life and put up an epic battle. Landing it would have been superfluous. We all saw it. Great job you two.

I swam with these beasts down in the Keys. In murky water. By accident. They're very curious. I got a little worried when something as long as myself swam right by. It took a couple of passes to figure out I was being studied by tarpon.

That was way cool. again. Pro release too. can't get smacked that way. Those fish are built like a 2 by 4. and it coulda been heavier than 120 too. You both have gotten way better at this stuff. nice job.
