I love your videos, you got me wanting to fish again, last year my sister had a major stroke so i have been taking care for more than a year, decided to go fishing and give her a day out, went to get the gear ready and someone had stolen every piece of fishing equipment i had, they took all the tackle out out the boxes and left em empty, still have not had the heart to tell my sister all the stuff is gone.
so I spend my days watching your show and enjoying you catch the fish. Keep up the good work.

I don't want to crash the Traeger party but I have first hand experience with 3 buddies who had Traeger smokers and ALL of them had failures, they just seem to not be very dependable. In respect to Traeger, they did end up sending parts to replace which is all you can ask but I personally don't want to spend that kind of money and have a 40% chance of having to work on it, you'll see this in their reviews as well, not just me. Anyway, great octopus cook and GREAT job on helping out that family!

Loved to see ya catching Pompano and they eat good. not gonna watch the octopus eating but after watching the cleaning wanted to drop an idea I saw from an Italian shrimp dealer in Galveston Texas. he cut the body off and took the legs and beat them on the concrete floor. constantly smearing the legs in the juice in circles. bang smear. bang smear. said it tenderizes the octopus. wanted to share that with you guys. me no eat octopus. or raw fish of any kind including tuna.

Hello. Very good of you to help those people. You are absolutely right on helping no matter what. those that are in need.
I was born and raised in Alaska, octopus is a very important part of life there. So happy you shared. You did good cooking it in water. It-s best cooked fast or for long time. The grill is just a flavor enhancement. Great work. Thanks

South Carolina representin' (Winyah Bay) You gotta come back and catch the sheepheads! Hard to catch but great to eat! Also, October is Shrimping season! lots of fun the way we do it. Loved the video! gotta check out Mr. Lynch! This video made me spend an hour on the #FAVORITE website researching all their rods. Think I'm sold on #OLDSALTY

Hi Gabe. next time you grill an octopus, once you take of the grill cut it in pieces and put it in a bowl with chopped garlic, olive oil, sweet paprika and salt & pepper. and let it marinate for a while. Tastes great. Regards from Argentina
