I am starting a new project today. First steps are: setting up our development environment, reviewing the project requirements, and planning out all the tasks needed to complete the project. . Git Repo: https://github.com/fus-marcom/resource-center React: https://facebook.github.io/react/

Jesse - Love your live coding sessions and humbleness but for an IT/webdev that works for a corporation/institution that does not use a pre/post css processor is beyond me. You are need to be able to store/-variable-ize- branding specific constituents (ie fonts, logos, colors, etc). All your web development /design would be better served and standardized. I surprised the standards department in your IT/admin dept has mentioned anything. Would have made your last project easier also (as I believe your mentioned). Please Please implement now rather than later as you know....

I have yet to start watching your video but definitely plan to. I just wanted to comment on how patient and kind you are with people who only have negative and less than helpful feedback for the work you put together and shared on the web at no charge. If only the entire internet community were so nice! Thanks for sharing.

I want to start watching these streams, but I'm not sure if it's for me. I'm fluent in vanilla JS, have built few simple apps like to do list and bookmarks list, and now started learning react recently. Isn't this going to be too advanced for me?

Wow... Jenzabar, hold shit haven't heard that name in ages. So glad to not work in higher ed anymore. Every company, from Datatel (or w/e they are now) to Jenzabar is the same in that industry, total crap.

Could someone explain why he dropped the react materialize because of jquery requirement? what does that imply? is it that hard to include a jquery library in the project? I'm trying to learn along. Thanks

I have 10 years of experience in development and I still found your video super helpful. lifelong java developer here! loving JS!
