Why sometimes it seems the need of programmers is a scam? If the market needs programmers we shouldn't need talk all the time to move on, that we are necessary, that after 30's can do it too. If you are necessary you just show up and the market hires you, if you don't have the skills they train you, don't matter your age. Sometimes it seems I'm participating in a process of exceeding workers production. Every time I see so many people saying that it's possible like it's not obvious makes me think like it's not possible.

Hearing all that she's gone through up to this point, and everything she's expected to know and continue learning, reminds me of why I got out of web dev and why I'm all for automation. It's just not a sustainable profession and it costs companies to much money keep web developers fixing and fine tuning stuff.
