This is a great tutorial. In my opinion, it's not for beginner. Those who are beginner and trying to understand this course, Its better to learn some basic python like, list comprehensive , loop, plotting graph, numpy array, file handling and data pre processing concept. Further more, with some basic algebraic matrices properties and statistical basic concepts might make it easy to understand.
