help!! i accidentally deleted a lot of videos!! and i bought the advanced version, but when i -recovered- them onto my local disk, it says -This file isn-t playable. That might be because the file type is unsupported, the file extension is incorrect, or the file is corrupt-. any idea?? :((

None of this works
If your thinking of buying it save your money! It said $89 to buy it. I did. The money out of bank account was $117. Wait I'm not done. Not only that but you have to wait at least 2 hours for everything to be recovered. So I did that and the video didn't even work

Retard software. You go through the whole process THEN at the last second, you're told to pay in order to do the recover. If it costs money, be very clear about that right away! You just gave me hope and wasted a lot of my time. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!

I just erased year after year of christmas footage of my kids but it was not off the card it was from the camcorder internal memory.
