Don't bother with this if you have a MacBook. It doesn't recover shit. Apparently Macs overwrite things so once it's deleted from your trash it's gone. Good thing I didn't waste my money buying this rubbish. They claim it will recover things and it's easy....no it isn't. I've even got emailed responses from them yesterday when I asked for help. Same goes for eaesus or whatever it's called-these things recover Jack shit.

Question: Are you able to go back and forth when recovering files? Like my issue is that I have so many files that it would take a good 6hrs to search for all the lost files. If I recover, let's say, 10% of my lost files, can I turn off the drive and go back to it to recover more another day and not worry about the drive being damaged or losing everything else?

CAN YOU HELP ME!? How do you find a folder that was over-written accidentally???? I've tried this and am so lost! :( I own a business and literally just over-wrote the NEW folder with all my biz files with the OLD ones from like 2018. IDK how I did it but I did. PLEASEEEE help!!!

Hey man, so I tried using the disk drill and whenever I press recover, it takes me to a window saying -tip- and it talks about considering the upgrade and stuff? I tried to do it again and it keeps taking me to that screen not allowing me to recover the files, anybody can help?

I can't front, thought these comments on this Page were bots. Shits were a little too happy. Now that I done used it...shit im happy as hell too. Shit ran me $89 but It was worth. I would have lost the client and much more than that. Still work in March of 22.

Tried in vain! In the video, you seem to be restore from category of existing files. It's showing up a list of files that are in my mac already. Found files doesn't give me a list of deleted files:(

Oh my what a life saver. My CF card corrupted. And now I have all my photos again. I'm kinda bummed about the price, but I guess it was worth it. If this ever happens again, I'll be good to go.

Help! I managed to recover all the files in the sd card that I had formatted, they are MOV videos, but when I open them, the video is not seen or heard. If the files are corrupt, what can I do?
