Someone please help...i have an interview in a couple days via Teams...i've already downloaded the desktop app but when doing a trial run i keep getting kicked out of the trial meeting. I was reading that in order to use Teams you need to purchase office 365...i dont have office 365...and yes i know i can use free version of teams which is not the desktop download. Is getting booted out of the trial meeting a problem that is on the other person's end? Perhaps the person interviewing me hasnt given me this admin access?? Please help....thank you

May I please ask, with regards to downloading the students- attendance during a meeting, is there any way for our school admin who is in charge of recording our students- attendance to download the attendance himself, without me as the meeting organiser downloading and sending him the excel? He is invited as a participant during the meeting just to check who are present. Is there a better way to help him? Thanks.

Your videos are very helpful. Thanks for sharing the knowledge. Can you help me with an issue. I am using my work organization account to log in to Teams, but I am unable to add others using gmail ids to a team. On the desktop version it shows that there are no matching ids, and in the mobile app version though it shows the option to add as a guest, but it returns an error and fails to add. Please help

how do i accept an invite using my gmail account? my school has handed out ms accounts to use for education purposes only and my account still has not been given to me so they sent an invitation for me to log in as guests and everytime i try to accept the invite it keeps on asking me for a microsoft account which i don't have yet :(

Hi, thank you for great tutorial. I added external users/guests to the planner and share the plan URL with them but they can't access it because they don't have Microsoft office email. When they login it just tells them that the account does not exist. How does the login process work? Can someone help?

I have a repeat meeting set up for all year, we have had 2 meetings and now I need to add a new member to the meeting, I have tried inviting and updating etc and the new member sees the invite in their calendar but only for the next meeting not the whole year. Any tips and advice?

Kevin your videos are great but im searching for something in particular and cannot find. Ive created a guest Teams group and when I add people Teams enters it as their email. How can I change a contact name after they have already been added to the team.

I am facing a very interesting scenario. Is it possible that my guest user can have access to a custom app available for my organization? Further i also need to figure out if its possible to have some sort of meeting & calendar feature for my guest?

Hello Kevin or any expert out there - I sent out a MS Team video invite and invited a client. The client is seeing a black screen indicating she is not part of our organization. Do you know what is causing that? Thank you!
