How to Use Zoom Feature in Microsoft Word Tutorial - The Teacher
In this Microsoft Word 2016 / 2013 Tutorial, we will learn about Zoom In Zoom Out and other View Menu options Features. When working in a document with a large set of pages, Zooming Feature comes to handy to view Multiple Pages on a Large HD Definition screen. Using Multiple Pages Option, you can view more than one page on your screen depending on your screen size.
You can also customize the Zoom settings to change how many multiple pages you want to see on your screen. For instance, either you can change to view 4 pages in 1 row or 2 pages per row. Once you are done viewing multiple pages, you can switch back to One Page mode.
Furthermore, there are more Document Zooming options available. Like, you can use the Page Width option to view the entire document according to Page Width. less the Page Width, Zoom Level will increase, more the Page Width less the the Zoom size.
Under Zoom options, you can also use Whole Page view, which will adjust the entire page on the screen. This feature is useful for Custom Size Large Pages. Like if you have page size 18 x 12 inches then using Whole Page View will adjust the entire page on screen for you.
The Text Width Page View remove the blank grey area from your screen and display only the document area with text, which is very useful for smaller screens.
You can also change the Page View to Draft layout and then set the Zoom option to Page Width, which gives larger and more texting appearing on your screen
