hey... I have a hp laptop envy 360 windows 10... but is has blue screens and I never can arrive to the windows 10 screen... as soon as I turn it on the blue screen appears... sometimes with one of this codes:
0xc000021a
Service exemption not handle
Critical process died
System service exemption
Driver IRQL not less or equal
kmode exemption not handle
page found- in non paged area
etc...
and like I said I can't arrive to the windows 10 screen where the system ask me for my password... and have been trying to restore the windows 10 with a USB but I can't because the blue screens appears at Everytime... what should I do??? please help me...
I just ordered my windows 10 recovery kit... and they send me a copy of Windows 10 in the USB... but they don't even know how to fix it... please if you know something about this issue... just let me Know... I will really appreciate... thanks.

Hello I just wanted to make sure my mouse and keyboard would definitely work when I plug in a usb,since whenever I decide to go to advanced option by restarting the computer three times my mouse and keyboard stop working for me to press anything I don-t really know what to do at this point iam stuck,please helpp,my computer is really important to mee
