Thank you for these informative videos and done in bite-sized chunks. Here is my question: [Background] we create Buckets for each team that is working on a project. Within that Bucket we have different individuals who will be responsible for the Tasks. When the Planner is created, we do not know which individual will be assigned to the Task, so our Template for Buckets and Tasks does not include assignments. [Question] Is there a way to select multiple Tasks in a Bucket and Assign those Tasks to an individual in one fell swoop?

Brilliant video as always. Couple of comments, which I believe vital when I assign a task to anyone:
1- no place to ad time of the task, so when connect to the Outlook it books the entire day for that task.
2- Where do add address details? If I want to give two tasks to someone at two different location and time.
I will be grateful for your feedback and advice if there is a way round this.

Kevin, thanks for all you videos! I am attempting to use the planner/tasks to do a weekly checklist for the team. I have found that when I assign the tasks to multiple members, it can be marked complete by one of them and it appears complete for them all. Is there a work around for that? I'd like to use this to manage ongoing projects and responsibilities.

It is entirely a different world when you explain any app vs someone (anyone) else. I really feel obligated to leave a comment aside from thumbs up because you make whole lotta difference. Great all MS Teams videos and all others. (I wish I have all the time in the world to watch them all) :) ...P.S. Keep making them forever.

Hey, I would like to create a contact list, listing all the team members, with there email adress, phone nr, copampan, company adress and so on. Is there any functionality in a Team that kan generate this list automaticly and update it when a new team member is entering.

Hi Kevin, do you have a tutorial on how to archive completed tasks in MS Teams? Can they be exported in to Excel for example. I want to keep a record of old complete tasks without clogging up the tasks board in teams. Is this achievable?

Thanks for the video Kevin. Is there a way to create a project tasks template? Let's say if most of my projects follow the same core steps. Can I premake the buckets and tasks so I can just create a new project from the template?

I HATE that Microsoft removed the Planner add-in for Teams in favor of this. Every move they make convolutes their strategies with overlapping products. Microsoft is horrible at market clarity.

Can Microsoft Teams (To Do + Planner) create a template? at work, we have repetitive steps to follow. A template will be helpful to prevent skipping steps, like Trello

Hi Kevin, can you demonstrate how we can import task list from external app/software to Mircrosoft Tasks like Jira or can we export our Microsoft Tasks to excel/csv?
