I created a table for my email signature in both Word and an Outlook email. I copied and pasted it over to the email signature and it looks great, BUT whenever I send the message Outlook is stretching out the table so the proportions are off. Any advice? I would prefer not to copy as an image because some of the people I correspond with can only receive plain text. Thanks!

I-ve inserted a logo into one of the table columns but I find that it often resizes and skews the whole signature when viewed on mobile. How do I fix this please?
Also, why does the signature within a table always indent and how do I fix this also?

I created a signature using Word. I used tables, etc and when I paste it into the signature it's perfect. It looks great in outlook.
However, if I send my email to a Gmail account the signature moves all over the place and looks awful.
Any tips?

I have been trying to edit the signature templated for months with fail. The image with the pentagon at 'Irvin Musselman' just wont update the same when I try to add my photo. I wish you went into editing a few of the templates

Its funny when you said -....who knows how we look like today- True, I had very long hair below waist, I had to cut very short due to bubble gum-, now people are shocked and disappointed seeing me with short hair.
