How to Rename Multiple Files at Once Using the Windows Power Toys Power Rename Utility - OnlineComputerTips
If you have a need to rename multiple files at once then the Power Rename app is for you. It will allow you to do things such as change case (upper, lower and title), find and replace words, change file extensions and more.
All you need to do is highlight the files you want to rename, right click them and then choose PowerRename and then choose the properties you want to change.
PowerRename is part of the Microsoft PowerToys and can be downloaded here.
