Instructions work well to password protecct it but now when I open the spreadsheet and enter the password it opens it as a read only document and the auto save function to onedrive cloud does not work. A popup window comes up with instruction that in order to auto save I have to change the document so it can be edited and I have to turn off the encryption. Suggestions?

Incorrect. I do not get Protect Workbook as an option.
This is tiresome.
As is often, even usually, the case if I can find the first icon I am supposed to click on the option I'm told to click next does not exist.

Can I put unique password to each sheets I have in my excel file? Example, in my excel file, I have 5 sheets open that contains sensitive data. So I want to put different password for each sheets. Can I do that? Thanks

What if only 1 tab is password protected? I tried Right Clicking on the tab and clicked on -Unprotect Sheet- a password box popped up. I entered the password and it didn't work.

DAMN, password protect a WORKSHEET is not the same as password protect a WORKBOOK. Protect a single WORKSHEET of many within a WORKBOOK.
