What I get from that part concerning that veganism is that if someone spends way too much time on the internet arguing about politics or whatever they start to get these trigger words that they only have to hear the word being said and they start acting like a robot immidiately. Like this person heard the word 'veganism' in a context that with a little bit of (intentional) misunderstanding could be seen as negative so they just lost their mind and turned into an internet bot.
And in this comment section you see their counterbots, people trolling against veganism with quotes like -dat vegan needs a steak-. So they fot triggered about a vegan apparently acting like a typical triggered vegan although his behavior wasn't even that bad or provocative: He was merely asking a question.
But good for you for actively trying to stay as far as possible of these internet arguments I try to do the same but have the history of doing it and I fear it has permanately melted a part of my brain.

Hot Tip for new Plasma users.
DO NOT have more than 1 application launcher button on your panels (the equivalent to the Start button prettymuch)
It is the buggiest mess that will start your application search in another start button for no reason after rebooting.
If you want icon management similar to windows on the bottom on multiple monitors, the widget name is Icons-Only Task Manager.
As far as -primary screens- goes. I still have yet to figure it out. But wherever you place the default panel is typically where stuff tries to go, but some programs just ignore it and search for -screen 1- and KDE doesn't seem to let you set it. Even tried different ordering and it just ignored me.

Hi DT. Just thought I would drop by and tell you of how I installed your xmonad script. Using Archfi's curl script, I skipped the selection for the choice of DE's. When I rebooted, I ran your script,
from the prompt, not a DE terminal, because there isn't one, obviously. It has now been 6 weeks, no bugs, crashes, freezes or any other problem, in fact mt PC has not even been rebooted, except for kernel and nvidia updates..I have also added some of my choice of apps such as deadbeef, etc and again no problems. So kudos my friend, on a fantastic job.

As a Windows and Linux user, the only things I've found that are not natively supported by Linux either through proprietary or open source drivers are my Asus motherboard fan control speeds and Miracast type wireless display features on laptops, which is part of the wi-fi chips. Well that and my old AverMedia HD capture card, though ironically my AverMedia HD 2 capture card doesn't work in Windows 7 at all (even though it's supposed to) but it does work in Linux (Manjaro) without any extra drivers to have to install.

KDE is a bit more trendy and I guess you could say ambitious, but after having used it for a few years, I find Xfce more straightforward to setup to my liking and reliable. For people getting their feet wet who aren't necessarily looking to be power tweakers right away, I'd say go for Xfce over KDE, or you know, like Cinnamon with Mint or something. Gnome though... yeah, not for me. Let's leave that to the Ubuntu fanboys to have fun with.

Encouraging people to make the effort to walk for 30 minutes a day will probably save more lives than surgery. Heart disease is no joke. Even if your long-term goal is to see a change in your body shape, the immediate goal of each session of physical activity should just be to exercise your heart. It's probably the single most important thing you can do for your health.

One of my reasons to not switch to linux, atleast on one of my machines, is that my microphone (Maono PM461) doesn't work at all, sometimes it isn't detected and sometimes it appears as connecting and getting disconnected intermittently.
If someone had this problem and could fix it, I would love to read it.

As a vegan and linux user i find the similarities between the two lifestyles very funny. I agree with what you said, here in the internet people will try to argue with other people for any reason, they will even take them out of context to do so. Better for one's own health to avoid arguing with others

19:13 People always read between the lines and imagine you say something. It's even worse on twitter, because the character limit makes nuanced argument difficult.
You could literally say 'the sky is blue' and someone is going to take offense to it.

Being deemed both far left and far right simultaneously by different people in response to a reasonable opinion... that's the sweet spot. If either extreme stops hating you, you have to start soul searching.
