Rather than -hide- column B, you could copy your results (formulas) from column C and -Paste - Special - Value- into column B - overwriting the original data with your new results. Then just delete column C - you don't need it anymore. :-)

Text instructions do not include -insert a blank column.- A major oversight. Thank goodness for this video. I do like the option of cut/paste to WORD. Learned something new today. Thank you!

Copy paste from Excel -> Word and back is not really acceptable. I want to be able to Toggle the case of text in Excel from a string which has both uppercase and lowercase letters.

Try Google Sheet. After you install a plugin called -ChangeCase- in
Google Sheet, you could change text easily to any case you want just
like you do in Word.

no need, if the original text gets deleted, the upper ones will go vanish......... just copy it in word make it uppercase and again paste in excel
