16:27 i want to point out that HDMI cable is a bad choice for secondary monitor, because it doesn't allow you to use the full Refresh Rate of the external monitor, forcing it to be 60 Hz. That might be why you get a performance boost. You should be using either Display Port or some other port I forgot name of.

Thank u for the great video! Does anybody has the same problem that the Texture Streaming Budget and the Anisotropic Filtering does not stay the same after rebooting the game? Is there a line in the config where i can fix that?!

this method not increasing my fps so bad, but somehow when i watching some twitch, it is like it has no stutter at all and no lag xD (i mean yeah it's 60fps, but doesn't feel like 60fps at all when you watch some stream on twitch)

So the ultimate power plan says for high-end pc, I have a laptop that has a GeForce NVIDIA MX230 graphics card and I dont think that would ever be considered high end, so is it recommended to still use this or no?

Can you make another optimize vid for Steam user pls? Cuz im using the same tatic but it keep crashing out after a few game without error. Kinda anoying as well! I don't think it work on SS7 anymore
