HEEEEEEEEEEELLLLLLLLLLLPPPPPPPPP! Can anyone tell me why my breakout room icon disappears every time I use the record option. I start my training session and the icon is on the screen next to the hand icon. I select record because we record all our training sessions and the breakout room icon disappears. I have to leave the session and come back in for it to show again. This is sooooooo frustrating. No one on our IT team can provide an answer or solution. It is making me batty. Is anyone else having this problem?

Thanks, Kevin, this was/is awesome! I'm a teacher and a teacher trainer and my company uses Teams, and I was sad that I couldnt do Breakout Rooms for pair work and group work. Now you've solved my problem! I have one question, if I might. Can I still create Breakout Rooms if the participants are not in a team? For example, I invite people from outside the company. How can I create Breakout Rooms in this case? Thanks in advance for your help!

Please tell me how to bypass this problem. Every time I create an assignment on the Assignment Tab, when I add a resource, Teams freezes up. And I have to restart the laptop. Same thing occurs when I am scheduling the time of the assignment. Again Teams freezes up. So while creating an assignment, Teams freezes up twice and I have to restart each time. Please help.

How to handle PDFs in Teams?
Thank you Kevin for this very useful presentation. I have already for a long time a question about how to handle PDFs in Teams. We use PDFs very often and have to comment and draw processes in them . What can we do, so that we de not need to download, comment and upload the PDFs again. Our way is not efficient.

ok.. Stop.... this guy looks like Ryan Seacreast......just throwing that out there..... Now! since you work for Microsoft, maybe you can answer this question; I need to delete a chat that I create for a project. it is no longer needed and I want to delete (not hide) it... how can I do that please?

I don't get how I organize this in scedualed Meeting, and how do I not waste precious time trying to instruct the participants. They are not in a team. Do I have to make a team with all 25 people in it? And if so how? This video didn't help at all Kevin

can you as a teacher talk to all breakout groups at the same time. Say you want to bring in a question that you want students to talk about in the breakout groups without them being able to hear other groups?
