I think its worth mentioning now that some time has passed that the HEX value has changed since then at least for me resolved it via Cyberpunk 2077 AMD Ryzen CPU Patch Tool v1.1 Hex Edit SMT once that got enabled my fps absolutely skyrocketed and stutter is almost entirely gone! Fantastic advice and tools recommended in here m8 cheers!

Did everything except the hexedit since it's a bit different now after the 1.5 update and for only certain ryzens. Capping at 60 fps in the Nvidia control panel and having vsync to 144hz my monitors hz, and using freesync smoothed it up a lot. Plus the additional power performance settings. Tyvm

In my case when I try the hex edit trick (I've tried it twice) my save data corrupt. I've repaired the files 2 times to check if this is what cause the problem and sadly it is. Is there any way to fix it?

Question I did all of this and boosted my gpu sand cpu both to 100% and 90% utilization. Ive never seen it do that before is this bad? It was way lower before doing all of this.

Seriously tho good stuff. Game runs WAY smoother snd even looks better overall. For a person who knows little to nothing about settings on a gaming pc, that was great stuff.
