-36: 30 onwards.
I kinda don't understand why the idea is to give people more RAM capacity with DDR5, basically nothing even utilises 16 GB in gaming or for basic users and for more power users 32 GB is fine for people who aren't doing video editing and very heavy graphical (CAD) workloads.
I just don't feel like there's any push there. or for more bandwidth. outside of the professional/server sphere.
I mean MS and gaming circles seem hell bent on using DirectStorage, Sampler Feedback, etc instead of using more CPU cores and more system RAM.
I think Gordon has a point about just keeping up with manufacturing processes and whatever the server market is utilising trickling down to consumer level.

Not because I have any bias against Windows - which I do - but Chris Titus Tech had a good video yesterday in which he explained how MS shoots itself in its foot again. Briefly before the release MS is alienating its users. I agree with him. Speaking about Outlook, I hate using it, I strongly prefer using Thunderbird. Not that Thunderbird is perfect but at least it is fast and it works as you would expect.

Gentlemen, I have a question for you. Q; How does a MSI duke 1070 ti rank in the new 2000, 3000 series of video cards?
The reason for the question is can I use it in a Z590 motherboards technology or am I forced to buy a newer generation of card if I upgrade to a MSI Z590 ACE?

As the user of four cores CPU, I can confidently say that four cores is NOT enough today-! Yes the -average- FPS is still high, but I can't even get stable 60 FPS without stutters every few minutes or so, it is very annoying for some game especially a competitive one.

funny thing about DDR5 is you won't need it when it comes out, you can just wait another 5 to 10 years before needing to switch due to development lag time for software + developer's willingness to alienate their audience.

Omg what a long EDC story -. My experience is that you need a knife, flashlight or multitool the most on the day you decide not to bring them. Just like an umbrella.

Ryzen 3 2200G base clock 3. 5GHz, boost frequency 3. 7GHz, now running at 3. 7GHz on all cores to loose the 2msec latency for changing clock frequencies.

Im guessing EVGA decided to sell left over review samples as production models. Good on them for quickly replacing them and not going FULL GIGABYTE.

DDR5 makers: Notch in the middle, and which side the info sticker is on depends on the company. That should confuse them all.

Big - up for EVGA's honesty and quickly mitigating the problem. Big- thumbs down for Gigabyte's denial and blaming others.
