-BamBamBentley Sometimes you just have to laugh at the recommendations. -Sure, go ahead and live but whatever you do don't lift your arm above your shoulder-. Good luck washing your hair or putting on a shirt! Crazy. There is something you can do and that is to follow a program that improves your RC strength at the same time that it helps to build a more stabile upper body. I feel AthLEAN-X does just this and will help you not only with the shoulders, but feeling better entirely.

Hey Jeff, Could You Do Like A Video Or Blog About How You Know If You Have Had A Good Workout Or Not By Your Muscles Hurting The Next Day, Cause ive always been wondering if ive had a good workout the previous day or not and been debating with my mates that if your muscles hurt the next day then you have! just did this workout, really good, much harder than it looks! done 3 rounds, 1st and 3rd round with an 8k med ball and the 2nd round with a 5k med ball, my gym didnt have ones the size of the one your using though but was still very effective! thanks for making a great workout, i really enjoyed this 1, keep up the good work jeff, team athlean gonna take over the globe!

i got a question. i have a really fast metabolism and i lose weight really fast like super fast. when i was body building i was able to gain weight but i had to gain some fat with it. is dere anyway i can gain lean muscle without gaining fat? cause everyone tells me i gada gain fat in order to gain mass

-AAdurac ok dude il message u it sounds good? and what are you aiming anyways? speed or just getting big? cuss from a fighter to a fighter all i can say is that its better to workout on your speed than your muscle size but yea il message u the workout

Hey Jeff you really live up top your word and unique routines and advice are a cut above the rest of these other workout videos. Quick question though, for the fat burning workouts are we supposed to do more than one of these videos a day?

In my gym I don-t have that med ball, but I will use the small boxing bag for the first 10/10 exercise, then I will use a 10KG plate for the 31 reps and for the last set of 10/10 I will use the plate on a barbell. I like it

Jeff, as always Thanks! quicky off topic. If you feel alittle sluggish to go in for a workout, can you just do max reps w/ light weights for the entire workout? Or do I still need to go light, heavy, light, heavy etc?

-vegeta2030 i think thats because he keeps on coming up with the different ways to do the workout, it activates the muscles in his entire body different ways each time. u gotta trick the muscles to give it a treat.
