I'm 7 years late on this one. Jesse looks like he's 16 here. lol. I need to add one to your list that also shows your / our age. -Blind- by Korn has always been my favorite song for getting pumped up. This band built a genre that may not be considered welcomed by all, however they crushed it in the 90s and are still going strong today. Almost any song off their first album is great gym music, but Blind is by far the best. Cheers! --

One would have expected much better results from this guy getting trained by a legend for more than 7 years. I mean he's definitely made some progress but it's 7 years we are talking about next to perhaps one of the best athletes and trainers nowadays

Jesse was the very first comment ever on the very oldest of Jeff-s videos (ten years ago.
Hard to imagine it was another 5 years before Jesse first appeared on Jeff-s video.
Now look where he is.

I started listening to rock/metal music only in the 10s; till date there's not a band I like from post-2000. I have to agree, as far as rock music goes, stuff was better in the 80s and 90s.

All my favorite pump-up songs are Iron Maiden songs. If I had to give a list they would be The Trooper, Die With Your Boots On, The Prisoner, The WIcker Man, and Two Minutes to Midnight.

He is giving the message that telling you how many reps to do is the same as telling you which songs to listen because it's always relative
