Wow, did that Zac Efron workout and diet plan video cause an uproar or what. If you haven-t seen it, you owe it to yourself to not only watch it on our channel but take some time to read through the comments section as well. The level of hatred spewed at Zac Efron was off the charts and the accusations of performance enhancing use was equally high. Unaware of exactly what Zac does since I-m not a personal friend of his, I would hesitate to accuse him or anyone that looks better than me of cheating to do so (simply because they look better than me. That said, there is an all too common trend these days to do just that. Now while I-m perhaps the biggest advocate against the use of performance enhancing drugs on youtube, I would never let my guess of someone being on them make we want to give up on my own pursuit of achieving the best results I can naturally. Not the case for many people however. It seems that many people will look for an out or an excuse not to have to train hard in pursuit of a better body. They argue, person A uses drugs in order to look a certain way. I am not willing to use drugs. Therefore I will never look like person A. So, rather than do anything at all to improve my physique, I will do nothing. That is not the way to look at it. In fact, if I shared the same view, I never would have stepped foot in a gym after my very first visit. I was no doubt the smallest guy in the gym. I was surrounded by guys much larger than me. In fact, many of them it turned out were using drugs to look that way. You know what? I never let that distract me from my goal of doing everything I could to improve my physique to whatever it was capable of. If it meant looking good but being outweighed by some of the behemoths by a lot, then so be it. In the case of Zac Efron, here is young guy standing 5 foot 10 inches tall at a weight of just about 165 to 170 pounds. He is not a big man by any stretch. Rumored body fat levels for Zac are around 5 percent. While it is not easy to look as good as he does, I would certainly not rule it out as unobtainable! That said, many say just that. They think that nobody can ever look as good as Zac Efron without the use of performance enhancing drugs. Do me a favor. Don-t sell yourself short. Instead, focus on training as hard as you can and being as serious as you can about not only your workouts but your nutrition. You will be amazed at what you are capable of. In fact, if you never have experienced heavy weight training (as Zac Efron reportedly never had) then you will likely also be in store for some significant gains. The bottom line however is this. Whether Zac used something or not to make this transformation (many will be on both sides of the fence on this one, the important thing is what your thoughts on the matter ultimately make YOU do. Do your thoughts cause you to press the gas pedal and try even harder to max out your potential naturally or do they make you pack in the weights for good, thinking that knitting is a hobby better suited to you? Don-t be distracted by what others do. Instead, focus on what you can do with your head in the right place. I hope I can be a positive role model and inspiration for you for what is possible through hard work and consistency. If you want help developing that consistency and need a program that spells out exactly what to do workout by workout and meal by meal, head to and get the ATHLEAN-X Training System. For Zac Efron-s workout and diet plan video as well as key elements of his training that have led to what we now refer to as the Zac Efron body, be sure to

4: 15 you can totally gain that weight mr cavalair when i was 40 i was 74 kg and in my life id been no heavier than 85 kg and id been working out since 1990, i learnt that it was my diet stopping me from getting bigger, so i ate alot more of the right foods it was hard stuffing youre face all the time but if you want it you gita be serious i was washing food down like the guys in food eating competions getting very full then 2 hours later eating loads more, and in the gym i was working out smarter picking body parts that i hadnt really conquered like shoulders, traps, back, they were ok but not great, after awhile you actually get hungry and you just ate a shit load 2 hours earlier, i went from shoulder pressing 40 kg dumbells to 120 kg seated shoulder press machine, and even 100 kg singel arm shoulder machine press, by the time i was 42 i was 91 kg now im 44 and im 97 kg

6: 01 yup the motivating factor has to be it doesnt take long, how long does a set last? if you want size youre moving heavy weight by youre standards for 6-8 reps, then you have a 2-3 minute rest, the work out should not go longer than 45 minutes but thats kind of hard i feel likke i havent done near enough at that time and need about an hour and a half, you can feel when youve done enough and now youre being greedy and forcing the body past the point of benificial, it only takes around 8 weeks to see gains that will impress you and give you the drive to continue, i found once you build a good foundation of muscle its easier to work out you enjoy it as oppossed to dread going to the gym, i love it for me its like a child in a big play ground or theme park ooooo i want a turn on the seated row lol

Jeff I have been following you for approximately three months. I am 41 years of age and have been inactive for about the last 15 years. I've never been a heavy man or muscular but I've decided that I want to get in better shape. Starting at 160lbs, I have gained 20 lb. I look great and feel great. I have been following your diet and exercising like a athlete LOL. I think your program is great all of my friends and family are completely impressed by my gains. I talked to some of the larger men at the gym that I go to and ask them about their technique and how they have gotten so big unfortunately a vast majority of them have resorted to some sort of assistance. I watch the technique and pay attention to grip and I have to commend you on your help and efforts. Thank you so much for your time.

I totally agree you. I've never had enough money even for protein shakes or gym memberships. But that didn't stop me from exercising for 20 minutes a day at home. In the last year, I've gained at least 10 lbs of pure muscle (and I know that I've gotten leaner in the process since now I can actually see my abs. I went to a private gym last month (I have access to it but no car so I only go once a month to test my strength on the 3 powerlifts) and did a x2 bodyweight deadlift, x1. 5 squat and x1 bench press. All that strength came from exercising at home (unless you want to attribute it to going to the gym once a month -. Anything is possible with consistency!

Is not about the size, is about the time that takes to obtain that physique, it takes years not months, so when a famous or whatever suddenly obtain a incredible and muscular physique in a short period of time without previous progression is veeeeery suspicious thing, and yes you can achive a natural look using steroids, it doesn't mean that if you take steroids you will look like the rock, is the amount that makes the difference and of course diet and training, but the dosages are key.

-Want to drop 5 pounds, 20 pounds or even 60 pounds if not more all without starving yourself --WeightLose. Fitness-- or counting calories? This is entirely possible. I'd been doubtful at first, but when I began The Venus Factor, I was impressed at the results. The system is so easy to grasp and put to work in your life. I am not going to reveal to you how much I lost, but I wanted to share the information for anyone else planning to slim down. -

Never trained in my life. 26 now and just started mainly with body weight stuff, and some dumbbells. I can-t even make it to 30 minutes yet. I use some of your ab and push-up workouts and I-m dead after 15 minutes max, I-m so weak lol. I-m gonna keep at it though and hopefully I can get stronger to the point I can workout for a proper 30 minutes or so.

2: 27 mr cavalair you should be building muscle mass because when you get older like 55 youll lose the muscle and will be skinny and you dont want that, people will think pffff he doesnt know about building muscle hes little, even at my size 5'5 215 lbs 19 inch arms 50 inch chest i expect to look like a skinny old man should i make it to 55, franco colombo did

Zack's transformation is one of the more believable ones to be natural. He seems to have pretty great genetics and is very lucky to have very aesthetic structure to his muscles and frame. He is very proportional and the way his muscles look and are formed (insertions, ab structure etc) are very desirable. I would kill to have the same genetics as that guy.

Excellent video. Not sure how I stumbled on it now, but agree 100%. Accountability and the right attitude are not things everyone has. You're right, put in the work. I miss workouts all the time and could definitely have squeezed them in. We're all likely guilty of this at least to some extent.
