Aamir Khan-s Body Transformation (THE TRUTH)

Aamir Khan is a famous Bollywood actor who is making waves for the incredible body transformation he made to go from fit to fat to fit again in just months for his movie Dangal. In one of the most stunning body makeovers in film history, Khan went from 155 pounds to 215 at a body fat of 38 percent and then dropped back down to 158 pounds and 9. 3 percent body fat. In this video, I-m going to cover the real key behind this transformation and what you need to realize before you attempt to make the same rapid change. The first thing you must notice about this is that Aamir was fit before he made this movie. He walked around at a steady 150 pounds and by all standards was in very good shape. He already had the discipline instilled him to conduct a healthy lifestyle where he regularly worked out and ate right. The real struggle, as he put it, was in putting on the weight not necessarily taking it off. That is not consistent with what those who struggle with weight really battle. Rather than struggling to put it on, those with weight issues have a major difficulty trying to get rid of the excess body fat. This is for two reasons. One is as already alluded to, they do not possess the consistency of a regular gym habit or good eating habits. Second, they are metabolically at a disadvantage having spent many years either yo-yoing with their weight or simply staying overweight throughout the time period. When this happens, your body reacts by lowering your insulin resistance and you have a tough time mobilizing body fat for fat burning. If you are more muscular on the other hand and in good shape, your insulin sensitivity is higher (lower insulin resistance) and you have a much easier time dropping weight when attempted. That said, the Aamir Khan body transformation is not consistent with the more realistic transformation that needs to be made by the many that are overweight and have been for quite some time. That is not to take away from what he accomplished. It is an exercise in dedication for someone to do what he did in order to lose the amount of weight he did while not dropping his hard earned muscle. Two things you can take away from this that are very important as well. The first is the value of having a plan. This weight loss was very well choreographed from the beginning. Every step of this weight gain and loss was done knowing the course for how it was to take place from the start until the last pound was lost. The next thing was the level of accountability that was in place as well. In normal situations, you are not being held accountable for your weight gain or weight loss. Not the case here with Aamir. He had a major motion picture deal hinging on the fact that he had to lose the weight or the movie could not be written. In fact, because of this, he requested that the weight gain scenes be filmed first so he would have to lose the body fat in order to finish out the movie. For a complete training and nutrition program that both holds you accountable and also gives you all of your meals and workouts in a step by step plan, be sure to head to and get the ATHLEAN-X Training System. If you want to look like an athlete, you-ve got to train like an athlete and now you can with this day by day plan

Remember his JOB is to lose weight
In his interview he literally said for 3 weeks he went to Arizona, US and followed a EXTREME fat loss regime.
He claimed he exceeded the -safe- 2 pounds a week weight loss limit and burned over 6-8 pounds.
He stated he literally worked out for 8 hours as is it is a day job.
Did mountain walking, weights, swimming, biking and then walked. 2 hours each 6 days a week. And maintained at limit of 1500 calories a week.
Like Jeff said, don-t expect those results.

Wrong idea- only fools will believe this transformation is 100% real and not the artificial belly installation. Comeon guys its a common phenomenon in movies n think of it, the fat belly would take years to form over long period of unhealthy living(not just diet)which a star like amir khan would never go.
Yeah i approve amirs weight gain but that giant fat mutherfuking belly is totally bogus and videos like this only spreads falsehood which we should totally protest.

Hey Jeff, I think I-ve seen and followed most of your videos. I-ve been doing great. By the way I-m 69 and in better shape than most 30 year olds. Problem: went for my physical last month and found I have stage 4 prostate cancer. The first thing they want to do is chemically castrate as cancer feeds on testosterone. Am I done for? Can I retain muscle without testosterone? Give me options.

I can understand his explanation.
I'm a former badminton athlete, I've been used to practicing since I was little.
When I got pregnant and gave birth my normally muscular legs became almost like ordinary people's legs.
After a bit of starting to exercise, playing tennis my legs are back to muscle. It's like the muscles are just sleeping and just need to be awakened again.

Good point. I gained a lot of weight and joined back gym after Corona shit. The initial days were funny because I could see skinny girls lifting more than me. I'm sure they found it amazing and satisfying. But my progression is steady. They might be shocked if they were for any reason tracking me. But i know it's till i reach my previous peak. Still on the way. It feels good each day.

You ask what we would like to see? I would like to see a video aimed at older guys who are overweight and are trying like hell to get rid of the beer belly (And insulin resistance) without going on an extreme keto, vegan, or whatever you have it diet. I am 69 and I have IR. What so i do?

You forgot to mention, he has a whopping $250 million net worth, but for an average joe like me working 12 hours a day to feed my family and rarely anytime to hit the gym/or workout at home transformations like this will take a looong time for me.

Massive mistake, Amir is having bodybuilder approach, get fat but retaining muscle, continuing weights training, even when he is gaining fat. and then go extreme shredding diet, muscle mass helped him go 9% body fat real quick.

Losing the weight is easy but his loss of fat and gaining muscle is a total deception. He's done what all actors do and that's P. E. D. s. It's just not right to decieve people who are putting in the work naturally.

This is impressive and all but I can't imagine that is not unhealthy. The plaques that build up in your arteries aren't going to go away just because you lose subcutaneous fat and build muscle
