Are there ab exercises that won't make my hip impingement pain fire up? Planks are far too easy but too much hip movement makes crunching sounds.

3 weeks ago I started this and had commented below. I wish I could post progression pictures on here bc I can see abs divided up that I haven-t seen in almost 20 years. Just from this Ab workout. Of course I have big time gains and progress everywhere else from watching your videos as well. I changed my diet and really increased my Protein and workout 5x a week with Push, Pull, Leg routine. I-m on top of the world because I-ve never seen gains like these with myself and definitely not within a month.

I used to train tawkwondo a good ten years ago. Went to medical school, been in residency - not excuses, but damn did I get sedentary and developed a belly and double chin. Just started weight training again - cleaning the diet and getting some good circuits in. I couldn-t do the full 45 seconds on the second exercise, that-s how out of shape I am. But I def feel the burn and did what I could till failure. Gonna keep at this. Loved it.

Hi Jeff, I will be turning 46 in Jan. Honestly I am a Fat out of shape Seal whale. In my teens and early 30's I was always in shape, I started eating like crap and before you knew it I was about 20lbs over weight and worse off my Diet sucks. This is day 3 of my -new me-, so far it sucks. You and your videos are my Guide, thank you. I'll Do A Today pict and a picture one year from now. TBD.

Ab workout beginner. So by the figure 8-s I had to cut back to 30 seconds on each. My lower back isn-t the best. But after the workouts every single one of my abs are hurting lol. Can only imagine tomorrow. Really like these workouts together!

Jeff, first let me say that I love your ab workouts. My abs are strong enough to follow you on all the ab exercises I've seen you do except any type of V-up. What can I do to help my body better perform that exercise? Thanks!

i can tell Jeff is really putting a lot of effort into each rep because i was feeling fine after completing the workout but he looks exhausted. i will try to push an extra bit harder next time and each one after that. -

This workout killed me, I did it yesterday, this morning I woke up with a big pain on my 6 pack, which means its a good workout. But how much times would you recommend to do this per week?
