Interesting Leg workout!
No Squats. LOL.
This is very unique. I was most impressed with the Sumo deadlift (100 reps) and Unilateral
leg training ( one-legged leg press.
I almost do exclusively unilateral leg work such as the Bulgarian Split squat or Lunges. I will definitely do some experimenting. My leg workouts are conditioning for Mountain Biking. And I notice Squats don't help much. The Unilateral exercises do.

Check your deadlift form, knees are caving in; make sure they move the direction your toes point. Your bar path should be a straight line, instead on travelling forward and around your crooked knees. J/s. this can prevent serious back pain/injury. Plus running shoes are meant for running, not stabilization for a heavy compound movement. --

Why start with straps? Why not add them when your grip fails? Its weird to see someone willing to put up with the pain of high volume but not willing to start without wraps. Also where are the squats?

I've been doing heavy deadlifts however recently I started feel pain in my rectum while conducting my daily business in the bathroom I feel uncomfortable thru-out the day. Is it common for bodybuilder?

My leg routine please don't hesitate to critique:
Bench press 3-4 sets
pullups 1 set
Barbell curls 8-10 sets
calf raises 3 reps
cardio 13 seconds

I like this dude's approach. he is basically instructing us on what he does, so you either choose to do it or not. but he goes hard and I respect that

This workout flys in the face of the -Time under tension- concept, as every rep releases tension by dropping weights or switching legs etc. -- any thoughts?

where are all the skinny guys with fast metabolisms like me? Every video on the playlist is full of big and bulky dudes I can't relate to.
