I mean I get it’s not straight forward with the amount but last time I checked either food or whey protein shakes Your body cannot use protein directly. It has to break everything you eat down into individual amino acids first, then reassemble new human protein from those building blocks. The protein you swallow is just raw material. Your body does all the actual construction work from scratch. So what’s your point It’s getting used I would even say more efficiently less energy to break down but ya stay away from PA but their not all bunk kid

Thank you for doing the hard investigative work no one else wanted to. Would have preferred these people actually tried to make the things their claims celebrate as revolutionary. But I suppose imagination is the only place where impossible things can exist.

I went to the Perfect Amino's owners place for treatment of stuff way back, almost killed me with blood clots. Definitely a scam, and scientology safe haven. You'll probably be getting cease and desist letters from them soon lol.
