Great video and an awesome summary of what to do and how to learn power cleans. I'm an amateur weightlifter and have been learning the olympic lifts for about two years now. Seeing as this was an informative session, I like how they were able to take questions from the audience but I found the -troll questions- to be really unnecessary and kind of belittling the really good knowledge that was being presented. I'm not sure if it was for -entertainment value- or what. but I think whoever was fielding those questions should've stuck to relevant points. You can clearly tell that the instructors were rightly put off by the comments. Otherwise great video.

I love your videos guys, thanks for putting this up. It would be great if the script would be less -loose- and all the supporting information (like accessory exercises) was already prepared for presenting beforehand. It felt that there was a lot of improvisation on these and in part of the teaching (like considerations, things to avoid etc.

crappy vid. took 7+ minutes to start. audio sounds like crap. it'll be good one minute and volume will drop significantly. then back up. you guys get enough money from me to do a better job on these videos.

functional movement, eh? what's functional about handstands? what's functional about kipping pullups? what's functional about the injury rate at most crossfit gyms?

Really good video, it was interesting even if I don't plan to do clean and Cassie is a nice speaker. So far is the only stream I watch until the end. Keep going.
