hip thrusts should be done with a controlled straight back, keep the core tight. And the chin should always always be down to the chest. see -bretcontreras for best form! He is the glute master!

Ressistance band messed up my hip. Had to take a break for a week. my thighs are huge the band kept on rolling like a little rubber band kept going and didnt stop then suffered

Why does everyone do hip thrusts with too much weight? If you can-t get all the way up into extension, the weight is too damn heavy! Ego lifters!

I-m cringing watching those hip thrusts. Dangerous form. And the swings and sumo deadlifts aren-t fantastic form either.
