There's so much conflicting information regarding dieting/food intake- I get overwhelmed trying to figure out what is correct or most effective. For example, some resources promote fasting, while others say I need to eat more more more! I CrossFit 5 days a week and use Trifecta, but I continue to struggle with weight. I'm currently counting macros and almost always come up significantly short on my caloric intake and protein goals. Which is better- fasting, or striving to meet those lofty macro goals?

Fasting and working out on a empty stomach has greatly helped me achieve a great body. The energy that I have based on hormones being released is incredible. Once I am done working out I spike my insulin and bam it-s magical and natural. Every where I go I get complements on how good I look. I am constantly being accused of being on gear. It-s hard at first but give it a try.

I-m doing intermittent fasting (16/8) for years now. My first foot intake is very often spinach and either chicken or chick peas.
Lots of running and walking. Plus calisthenics.
I-m turning 58 in March, I-m 1. 90 m tall and I weigh 83kg.
I-ll try the protein shot in the morning. Sounds like a great idea.

I admittedly don't know much about Mark Bell. but what little I've seen. I think that he's a real humble, sensible and caring individual. Thank you for this video. I will make it a point to seek out and support any and all Bell related materials. I have recently lost 70lbs. next goal is 20 more. Get healthy and stay healthy friends. -

First you gotta do intermittent fasting it's very effective to burn fat and increase mental focus.
Second you gonna train 3 days per week focusing on the upper chest, shoulder and back to get that hollywood physique.
Third you gotta be in calories deficit.

Doing meal prep on Sunday for the work week is super easy and super cheap. You don-t need a company to cook some rice, grill some meat, steam some veggies and then portion them into 5 large Tupperware-s. That-s rich lazy guy talk right there.

After fasting for 2 days the insulin levels crash & you won't feel hungry at all. Water-fasting is the best to lose fat but do take multivitamin-minerals & sea salt. A protein shake will break the fast, period.

Walking is underrated! Its my go to method to burn extra calories when cutting. And I'd much rather walk outdoors, even during winter, than to be stuck on a boring treadmill.

Imo there is a big difference between being -fat/overweight/unhealthy- because you overeat and being big in general. You are allowed to have body fat and still be healthy.
