That carnt be his diet. A man his size needs alot more protein than 2shakes and one chicken breast. He says on other videos his up at 5am to workout. And fasts till 2pm then gets his meals in. Been doing alot of clean and press in my work out routine. Great exercise

Exactly, Mr. Crews, -use lighter weights-! He's a monster and he can throw that much weight around. Those exercises would be great with light weight to prevent injury. Great motivational video with nutrition included. Very helpful.

Something doesn't make sense. He runs 3. 5 miles everyday and has nothing but chicken salad, proteins shakes, and chicken breast for dinner. Where is he getting all the carbs to have the energy to workout at that intensity.
