Nice video Brian. I have a couple of questions, it would be awesome if you could respond to them.
1- Do you believe in the theory that some chronic injuries heal with training? Like muscle weakness, fibrosis, etc (Train trough pain)
2- Do you ever dealt with Golfer/Tennis elbow. I went mad on chin ups and after two weeks of rest, now it seems to be healing. Now it hurts a bit when touching the right spot, but my range of motion is not limited or painful like it was when the injury was fresh. Should i keep resting or i can start doing some light training?
Thanks bro.

Actually thanks for the tips Brian. My shoulders are slowly correcting themselves. But what I noticed is since I changed how I get ready for the bench they have very significantly changed. I used chris jones scapula technique he showed. But problem is now I have a hard time squeezing and contracting the muscles. Any advice #teambeyondtheweak

I'm about 2 years into lifting and people at school already know me as the buff kid, I go to a school where there are rarely any guys who seriously lift and I'm one of the buffest guys there. I'm proud but at the same time I'm really disappointed, I can't wait till I get even bigger.

Caffeine doesn't seem to have much of an effect on me. I took double to recommended scoops for Jack3d and it worked like once and then stopped working on me? Any other types/options for pre work outs that aren't only about the caffeine?

Thank you for teaching the basics to new lifters. I didn't have much to go on when I started lifting so I know this will help other lifters. Also what do you recommend to build pecs since my triceps put all the power into my bench.

As a semi-advanced lifter (about 1. 5 year in the game) I still found this extremely informative! The next dude that asks me 'how do I get into the gym and what do I need and do' I'll send a link to this straight up! Great vid!

'5 years, holy damn you're on steroids'
I'm 1 and a half years in and I get that, bwaaah. Still remember when i was pre-6months and I thought anyone big with vascularity was on roids.

Is oversleeping bad for you? I slept like 12hours yesterday and I felt like crap, my workout that day was pretty bad. I was tired even tho I slept that long. I also skipped breakfast because I woke up at 1pm

I was laughing at around 7: 30 where you talk about years of lifting and how youll look. Really funny man.
A question on the side, why is your name hummerusfitness? is that your last name?
