I could do without the sarcasm but your explanation of ROM for a particular muscle is excellent. I’ve was a personal trainer for 20 years and have learned more from your videos in the past couple of years than I did from any textbook or seminar I’ve attended. Your last video on rear delts was amazing. It has changed from a mid trap, scap exercise to on fire rear delts. Thank you

One more for traps. You can train lats with a front raise over your head. Ideally on a 45 bench laying forward and they're called y raises. But you can do it standing with a plate, focusing on the overhead raise by shrugging. I used to use this for my office workout where I only kept 2 plates to lift with.

I’ve been doing his hypertrophy strength program on his app. By far the best program I’ve done. I had athlene x and couple of others which were ok. His program is showing fast results and was only $20. Hear people constantly shitting on this guy but he’s on it

Part 2 would be great, this was very interesting and I will take a lot from it. On a personal note I'd like to triceps in part 2. Im strong in the triceps but to me still dont have the size I would like, why, Idk whkch is where a part 2 would help

Boy. When you put it that way i dedicate the upper back on chest day, the lower back (and the entire rear chain) on core day and traps on shoulder day because no matter what i do those traps will get involved.

3: 57 Wrong. Bentover Row with super wide grip elimninates the elbow problem you seem to have and if you mind over matter focus on using your delts to perform it, you can do it. Try harder with your mind.

If I'm getting shredded everywhere but my midsection, what should I do to properly target that area for fat burn and muscle building I do lots of arm wrestling training which does little for midsection

i dont get it. why should isolate with all those scap movements when correct form needs the scap contraction anyway. every row, every pulldown. first step: scap contraction!
