I have a question.
Right now I'm only (usually) only hitting a little under 100 grams of protein a day, and I definitly feel as if that's one of the main reasons I'm not getting the amound of gains that I'd love to see.
I want to get in about 150 grams a day.
Are there any good foods that can easily get me another about 50 grams of protein?
I can't get protein bars/powder because I simply can't afford them and I don't think my mom would buy them for me haha.

A quick question about cardio and bulking.
Currently slowly bulking and training fullbody 3 times a week. I do LISS cardio for 1 hour on a bike 3 times a week.
Would it be considered beneficial to change one of these sessions to HIIT style cardio instead? How long should these HIIT sessions generally be?
Thanks for the input!
This question could also be modified for a more general consensus about cardio and bulking for the AskBrian episode: )

Love the car scene; ). but I disagree that Push/Pull/Legs is for beginners. I just made some nice strength and aesthetic gains by following it for 4 weeks in the Spring. and I've been training for 20+ years. Personally, I like to incorporate a variety of split routines throughout the year. They all have benefits. and it keeps training exciting.
Great episode Brian. now go rehydrate after hitting your sweat quota; )

Was your dad disappointed at all that you chose to go to college to study a subject you were interested in rather than following in his footsteps and work alongside him in the shop? (I faced a similar situation) Did that make the decision harder for you?

Do you prefer the tall physique or the shorter physique? If you could go full Sims on yourself would you make yourself at all shorter or taller?

What in your opinion activates the traps best front/back barbell shrugs or just regular dumbbell shrugs or is there any other better exercise?

Love this series Brian. If you could wake up tomorrow morning and only pick one which would it be. A million pounds or a million subs?

Hey Brian, I ordered the grey shirt. In the pic it's a crew neck. But in the video you said v-neck. Do you have both in grey?
