So does that make me vegan too, because I too believe that no animal should be killed unnecessarily?
Vegans do not count the creatures killed for the growing/harvesting of their plant foods, so why the difference? Seems hypocritical.

He is putting his family's health first and not before time. Good for him. Humans matter more than animals. They are there to be used for clothing, and eaten for nutrients.
