FULL DAY OF EATING WITH MY GF VEGAN FITNESS MEALS
video description
Ingredients
200g Spaghetti (I put 1 teasp sea salt into the cooking water & little olive oil)
400g chopped tomatoes (opt. from the tin)
100g white cabbage fine chopped
(altern. 100g broccoli or 100g carrots, but cabbage gives the best taste)
100g red lentils
100g green peas
1 teasp basilicum
1 teasp sea salt
1 teasp paprika spicy
1/4 teasp black pepper
1/2 teasp asafotida
(altern. 1-2 cloves of garlic)
2-3 tsp olive oil
2 bay leaves (optional)
tastes like garlic, but creates no bad smell -> you can use garlic if You don't have asafotida at home
Procedure
1. Mix the spices with the oil in a cup
2. Cook in a pot without cover the tomatoes on medium heat, add the spices mix, red lentils & bay leaves
3. After 10 min. add green peas and cabbage to the sauce, add 50-100ml water
4. Cook it until the red lentils are soft (about 20 min. cooking in total, then it is ready: )

Awesome video! I was wondering if you could make a video with veggie-packed meals for those who struggle with acne. I would like to up my vegetable intake to 12-16 servings a day but I'm in a bit of a struggle with that. I would really appreciate you sharing some meals with the kind of veggies you've been eating once dealing with acne and show how you managed to prepare that many servings for a day back then.

Hey man! Love your content! I saw your video you made back in the day about protein serving size and had a question, I currently take dymatize and the serving size is 31g but if I weigh how much the scoop picks up, it comes out at 62g. Can you shed some light? Should I follow serving size or weigh it ever time?

How do you handle macros when making meals like this? I assume you and Sammy have different requirements in regards to calories, protein, fats, etc. Doing things this way it seems easy for one of you to get too much or not enough of something on your macro targets.

You're a force for good in the world. Keep it up. Thanks for all you're doing. Encourage you to make a video with a slightly bigger call to action, sharing about your experience and asking others to make promotion of plant-based foods a part of their mission.

Yo Brian, tip for making Gnocchi. Bake the potatoes in the oven then scoop out the flesh. Rater than boil to avoid water retention! All the best my Vegan brehtren
