First time i made cold brewn coffee i thought Oh well, i'm taking it with a lot of milk for the taste anyways, so i can just take a bit extra
Only after i drank it i realised that it was way stronger than regular coffee (of which i have a too high consumption anyways) and that qas the first and only time i felt jibberish due to caffeine. Not a nice feeling.

Being a huge coffee drinker prior to trying preworkout was a horrible first impression I stopped drinking coffee for a week, didn't use anything before a workout for a week, then had a double scoop of it. Damn that shits bangin lmao I don't drink nearly as much coffee anymore

As a recovering addict/alcoholic, Im actually skeptical of even trying preworkouts. I have substance abuse disorder and get addicted to things very easily. Anyone else relate to this? Are you in recovery and take preworkout without any repercussions?

Im a fat dude 315 pounds and i want to start going on runs but i find myself very unmotivated and exhausted just by thinking about it. should i take preworkout to boost my energy? i really want to know

Caffeine doesn't work for me! Hell, cocaine thinks I'm One Hell Of A Drug! Macho Madness's intensity is unrivaled! Ooooooooooooooooooh Yeeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaahh! Dig It!

hm I workout with my own energy which it's a really good amount of time 1 hour or so then take the pre-workout then keep on working out with that extra energy

Caffeine is NOT the main catalyst (active ingredient) in pre-workouts. There's plenty of pre-workouts without caffeine that get the job done.
