Been doing these every day for about a month straight now. I feel fantastic. My lower back doesn't hurt as much as it used to, and I feel my mid back has really been energized ever since I started the routines. The wall slides + chin nods in particular have done wonders for my traps (though I found that doing the chin nods separately works better for me. I am having a hard time with the cobra pose, but I am making progress toward getting the same range of motion as Jeremy. He makes it look so easy!

gonna update this comment with progress to see how long it takes to fix forward head, rounded shoulders, and anterior pelvic tilt
First day of week 1: did the excercises, felt pretty good and posture temporarily was great
Week 2: have noticed an immediate change in posture from extreme to not as noticeable. Back and neck hurt a lot which is probably good

This not only helps my posture I believe but also I just went to the gym a day ago and did back and biceps and these exercises target and hit exactly where I need stretching but I couldn't find the right stretches to do so, my backs been sore from posture and workout probably and these hit the exact spot like crazyyy, it feels soooo nice

I woke up with stiffness n discomfort in my lower back. Didnt want to take any meds, so i follow this video and i get immediate relief. thank u so much. i know my posture is getting worst year by year since starting a desk job. I think i should make these exercise my routine. Thank you

I have very nasty disc herniation of my L5S1 which causes me loads of pain and i really want to ask a few questions as to how to tackle the exercises in your video. I can do a zoom call if it's appropriate for you. I am keen to get healed by doing the exercises you have posted

Do the routine before and after work, you can't do this while working. Your breaks are limited with a lot of jobs I wish he mentioned that, it's realistic but this is solid
