This is what I was doing before I watched this video. Throughout my workout time I always feel that if I do every single workout to failure, I feel fatigue. So I always tried to find a golden cut and worked out just before I felt completely our of power. Additionally, when you train to actual failure, you can also damage other parts of your body, due to accidentally done incorrect movements.

You have to push until you literally cannot get another rep in.
For example when I DB press chest, I go until my chest literally gives out and my muscles just turn off and I drop it. Usually around 8-10 ish reps but I don't count.
If I can't even do 5, I lower weight. If I easily did 12+ I up the weight

U should not be talking about how to build if u are not at the body builder level. Most of what u said is wrong u should be doing 20 plus reps till u feel the burn and go past failure every set.

what if you're on the bro split though, i have 3 days before i hit the same muscle again i always feel recovered and ive seen some decent gains in the last 6 months doing it

I use to work to failure and it was not easy it was hard I still sometimes work to failure but not as much as i use to its just hard but i still work hard in the gym

Wonder if a good way to determine would be; move the weight as fast as possible (with control) when you see a noticeable involuntary slow down stop the exercise

How about the reverse pyramid workout, is it good? First rep with heavy weights and less and less weight with more and more reps for succeeding set.

I found out the hard way that you can't outtrain a bad diet. As soon as I started following the Agoge diet, I have noticed great muscle growth.
