
How to Lose Fat for 5/Day (World s Cheapest Meal Plan)

That's similar to the diet I'm having right now, but with more extra stuff in it to make things taste better. I usually swap rice and tortillas with bulks of bread bought for as cheap as you can get with TooGoodToGo and then freeze them so I can eat it over time. Also, I use 300 ml of Soy milk (or milk with medium/high fat) and one banana for breakfast, and for dinner/launch a cycle of: 125g of canned Tuna with olive oil( or natural + sauces I found discounted) and a slice of bread, 125g chicken with a slice of bread and scrambled eggs with a slice of bread. Oh and I avoid the late night snack and midday snack. Overall, I consume around 80 grams of proteins per day with 60kg of weight, which is not ideal but it seems to work and I spend around 3-5 per day this way (I live in Copenhagen right now, very expensive city: D).
PS: I usually find discounts on the things I listed, and most of them can be bought in bulk and put in the freezer or stored away for a long time

Cool video, but as I m from Europe, majority of even the cheapest items is at least 2x more expensive. Like, where can I find bananas for 0. 16 Dollar (about 0. 15 Eur. 1 banana cost between 40-50c or a pack of blueberries for 1. 98 Dollars (1. 81 Eur) - I would eat that all the time, blueberry is closer to 4-5 Eur (5. 50 Dollars) on sale for +- same package size as in video. Fascinating pricing differences. And no- I don t buy food at places for rich people, cheapest grocery chains or cash & carry (aka Costco in North America) type of shops. Ooff.

I don't comment much. But since your last meal plan video (How To Build Muscle For 8), I've been on that for 5 weeks here in the UK. I'm impressed and look forward to the Smoothie each day. With this and my 30 Day work out plan I'm noticing a huge difference. I need some change in the meals and this has come out at the right time.
The other videos in how to press correctly etc also working well.

Since you've done a ton of how to lose fat and weight, can you please do a video of how to lose leg fat, face fat, triceps fat, calves fat, which brand of whey isolate protein do you most recommend from your experience, and which exercises are best for cut and bulk? Just to clarify, you say the main meal contains 35g of protein, yet 3 eggs only have around 7g of protein each. Where is the other 14g protein? Peas? Breakfast idea with oats looks v good btw.
