I feel like overnight oats with a Greek yogurt are a mistake in the first place. Just the oats with milk and a banana should work for a person who is into eating whatever. It’s sweet, but there is no added sugar. Muesli without sugar are also low calorie, while providing all the energy needed.
I used to crave for a burger sometimes. I ate a spoon of muesli every time I was hungry. As a result, I was becoming satiated and too lazy to venture out for a burger. A muesli died got me -5 kg a month every April before summer. Unfortunately, once I was off this extremely low calorie diet, I would it 5 croissants a day and 3 kg would return in a week. Don’t do it. The key is to change a lifestyle, eat maintenance calories and not to drop below 1000-1350 kcal. The key is to understand that you should eat 1-2 croissants per day max, and not base all your meals around fast food. Eat meat, eggs, fish, salads, rice, muesli. There is an infinite amount of what you can make out of simple frozen fish and vegetables.

Kevin was reallly inspiring! Fitness influencers aren't always the best home cooks & I knew right away Kevin's palate wasn't finna like them overnight oats. As a home cook who likes nutrition, here are some secrets I've learned:
1. Whey is for shakes, Casein is for food (e. g, oats. It mixes way smoother & doesn't curd w/ heat
2. Monk fruit sweetener instead of stevia if you don't like that aftertaste
3. Look into other food cultures before using bland low-calorie substitutes (do better than cauliflower rice)
4. Deli containers are dirt cheap, come in many sizes, & do everything a mason jar can (e. g, use mine for pickling & overnight oats)

I have done this exact same thing, it's about bmr increasing, and it increases your burned calories
Eating one meal a day puts your bpowelike using power saving mode on phone or laptop. All your background. exe are closed which woild have comsumed alot more calories than actively exercising.
Eating more split in 3 meals keeps all your background processes on all the time. Plus your body doesn't go into starvation mode.

GO KEVIN! A year ago I was at 36% bodyfat and now I'm around 17% It's a lot of long hard work, but it's totally worth it.
For me, I got into health & fitness after I saw how small changes positively benefited my finances. It's insane how so many of those skills crossover. All my best to you on your journey. YOU LOOK FIERCE MY DUDE!

#GoKevin This is great! It will be so good for his life day to day and his future health right into old age! Also, that jawline! Kevin has natural good looks and getting in shape will reveal what an aesthetic foundation he has!

The healthy part is not just the calories, as I eat more calories than before, but I have removed the starches, breads and sugars from my diet and have lost 30 lbs of fat but gained 5 lbs of muscle at the same time.

This is an awesome video! Remembering to eat consistently but not get tired of what you’re eating and enjoy weekends is a battle for so many, myself included and Kevin is a great representation of that. Go Kevin!

3: 14 when glycogen stores in muscles and liver are depleted, this is known in dieting as hitting the wall, where energy levels drop and you might feel bad. so i guess it's important to ensure a good carb intake.

I’m confused about why Kevin didn’t just cook his own oatmeal in the morning, which would probably taste better than overnight oatmeal. Is there some benefit to the cold oatmeal

Good shit Kevin. The hardest part is the beginning. It gets easier from there as you find more freedom in food choices that still meet your dietary goals.

Can you make a vegetarian meal plan with good protein. it's very difficult to find cheap protein sources which also are not high in calories.

I predict Kevin will be an absolute beast in 12 months. I expect once his diet is dialled in then his training performance will go up too.
