I notice you don't seem to track precisely (I doubt you weighed your salami, pomegranate etc in your sandwich, yet you stay ridiculously lean. In my anecdotal experience, the only blokes who eat 12 doughnuts and stay lean are on the juice Especially now you're a bodybuilder, you look fantastic but eat crap. No way are you natty. but if I go paid by myprotein, I'd do the same.

Could anyone answer me a question. Does sugar restrict you from weight loss even if your in a calorie deficit? Mine is around 2800. I saw matt in a previous video eating chocolates to make up his calories for the day because he hadn't eaten much in the day? I always thought burn more calories than you put in and you will lose weight but someone I spoke to seems to think even if your in a deficit and eat sugar it will prevent your weight loss?

Matt you ripped your Jeans at the knees. New Krispy Kremes. You seen that guys comment on the last video. Yeah you just confirmed it. By the way it's not a 'Strawberry Dreamcake' although that would be a good name if the Chocolate one didn't exist. To be honest Panrico Donuts in Spain and Portugal are better than Krispy Kreme. I mean Pantera Rosa and Dalmata Donuts.

Hello Matt. i wanted to ask you about a statement you said about your self. your maintenance calories are about 5000. is that because you work out very often and you managed to create big muscles that need too many calories to maintain them self? do you work out everyday? or you take off for recover at sometimes or in your cheat days?

The stretchy jeans promotion and moves killed me I started my pt course the other day and got caught out on the first day wearing black skinny jeans so had to do a hiit cardio circuit workout with tons of stretches and squats in said jeans legend keep up the vids and lols bro

After an 18 week cut I am taking a week off like yourself from the diet and have put on 4 kg (8. 8 lbs) in just 4 days. Doing a 10000 calorie challenge today before I start a lean bulk. Watching your day of eating videos for inspiration

Wait. I don't get it, you cut down and then went on a ski trip where you gained a lot of weight and then started bulking again? I know you transitioned into bodybuilding but weren't you already lean enough to start bulking?

Question: Had you ever done a Beep test if so What level had you gotten to? In previous videos your saying that your Cardiovascular is terrible so I predict it won't be as good. My best is Level 13. 04

For the life of me I just don't know how you achieve and maintain the body you have when you eat so much junk. I mean, you literally break every rule in the bulking handbook. Love the videos though.
