My Biggest Gym Mistake I wish I knew this when I first started training Niccolò Simoncello: I always here you talking about this fear that we should have of doing to much sets since the beginning cause later on due to progressive overload is impossible to spend like 5 hour in the gym doing 20 sets and I agree but I have a doubt: Since I'm doing bro split (and no I'm not gonna switch to push pull even if it's better for natural lifters because I payed a program) how can I do? I mean if you do bro split OBVIOUSLY you're doing a crazy amount of sets cause you work one muscle group, I'm afraid of harming my progressive overload journey but at the same time plenty of old school bodybuilders did bro split and it works. Tips, suggestion, everything welcome

Great one again Matt Hope you get better soon. I train fairly lightly as I don't have a gym membership with the dumbbells in my room - however I am getting a membership soon. I use my school based gym as it has a bench luckily but majority of other things I rely on just dumbbells. I usually work rep range as follows on majority of weight exercises (excluding less responsive muscle groups); 3 sets of 10-12 reps (muscle activation / warming up)2 sets 5-6 reps (pushing hard)Is this any good? I'm 15 (16 in 12 days, 5. 11 and only 56kg - yeah, light. I'm trying to eat more hah. Also, any suggestions if anyone has time? I appreciate it

Hi there watch a lot of your videos thanks for the effort you put in to making content to entertain and educate use about your fitness and muscle journey do you think it is harder for larger men to build and see results and also do you feel mostly looking GOOD is mostly about cutting to show of and not so much about fitness or performance eg film roles body building and short term fat loss and shredding videos and do you feel sometimes this might be missing the mark on what people need to do long term. kind regards keep up the good work

I noticed alot of times you say drop the video a like 2 times in the videos, wich means i remove the like i liked some min. ago when you told us to, wich when your a good follower you honestly listen to the person telling you to like the video. Anyway sick video as always mate. Still not listening to your weird fetish of telling us to unlike the video and imma drop a third like to relike this unliked like. god damn

Alright lads, need an answer pretty please, I went to gym a couple years ago as a noob and trained for about a year. Has to stop gym because money, but took to callisthenics. Now, Im back in the gym and wondering if Im back as a noob, or whether the calisthenics means Im not a noob, and what sort of program would be best. Bless you all

Get well soon, Matt Any particular reason for you getting sick all the time? :DAlso, you are totally right about chasing the pump. So many guys at my gym is chasing the pump and i keep asking them why they are doing it. They can't really give me a good answer, and they continue with the same reps and weight every week

HI Matt, what would you say about feeder workouts? Like a day after you trained a certain muscle group you do high rep (50 - 60 - 80 reps) with very less weight for 2 - 3 sets just to feed out the muscles with fresh blood and nutrients and recover them quicker. Does that make any sense?

Eating healthy, consuming enough calories so I'm pretty much always full, doing progressive overload, lifting heavy (squats, overhead press, bench press) and still not gaining weight. been same weight almost 4 months now. I'm very lost to the point I'm beginning to give up.

Can you make a video about the best things to do for your first cut? I've been lifting for 9 months and I think I'm ready to shred some fat, but I'm having trouble finding foods that are easy to count calories with that are tasty. help
