Just watched one of your older videos. Had no idea you had disc problems, I've had a disc herniation at l5/s1 from squats in march 2016 which stopped me lifting for around 10 months, have recently gotten back into lifting, concentrating on form and technique to make sure I don't get injured again, i'm pretty sure you know the pain. awful. Had no idea you've only been lifting for a few years, and you've made one hell of a lot of progress, pretty proud of you for that, keep it up.

That metabolism o. O sick m8 A lot of people would kill for that kind of a metabolism but at the same time I can see how frustrating it can be as well for the one suffering from it. I know mine is high too but doubt it's as crazy as yours. I lose weight fairly easily and have a hard time gaining. so might be on the same wave length as you. Great vid though nonetheless m8 flex

You will only need a 600kg total in the 93kg class or 625kg in the 105kg class for qualification to the BP Men's Classic, which i should think will be very easy for you even with the weight loss. Leaves you with 5-6 months of solid training if the qualify soon.

Why don't you do the soonest qualifier? Just aim for the 660 total or whatever it is (which we all know you'll get easily, you won't need to deload much and it shouldn't affect training for the champs

interesting to see the initial loss after you stopped the bulk. As you said that the inital loss is water weight, will this not even out now and become a more steady fat loss?

When i started my cut i went from 4500 kcal to 3300 and lost 10lbs in 2 weeks. The increased amount of food i was eating on a daily basis gave me such a fast metabolism.

You should've weighed yourself after the gym. Psychologically, you won't have the strength because you know you've lost weight, so will presume you'll be weaker.
